I-751 waiver
I file I-751 waiver in June 2019 and i have done fingerprints and submitted rfe Nov 2019 my case status showing ready to schedule interview but after that nothing, now it’s 4 years complete and I’m still waiting for my interview I ask to my lawyer can I file N-400 & she said no Bcz it’s a I-751 waiver and your marriage can not be complete 2 years that’s why , this situation make me crazy day by day , plz suggest my a good advice and what can I do 😭

i filed waiver on April 2019 and I got interview last September and still no decision made and my lawyer filed N400for me already. and now just waiting for interview N400

pls put in your N400, this lawyers sometimes don't know it all. my cousin filed her 400 without receiving 751. you are just wasting more time, if you keep waiting. she became a citizen without receiving 751.
