waiting for combo card
Hello dear community!
So I began the process on march 15 for (I-485, I-130, I-131 & I-765) on march 26 I was schedule for the biometrics. since then the last update was on march 27 with “CASE IS BEING ACTIVELY REVIEW BY USCIS”
it’s been 71 days since that last update. I know it’s a long lasting process and we have to be patient. But I just want to know if there’s someone here that is in the same situation or if you know someone that its on the same situation.
do you think it might be coming sooner than later? I heard that they are much faster this year. I need the I-765 and I’m just hooping that my case is one of those cases that takes 3-4 months lol!
thank you for the help, advice and for standing with each other on this process

Immigration proceedings is over!
The Court has terminated my immigration proceedings thanks God! so now I can move forward with my I-485 form, which was administratively closed last year. My I-30 was approved. Can someone explain me if I can do this by myself? My attorney did a good job with the process with the court, but want to charge me a lot for the next step with USCIS which is reopen the I-485 form/case.
when to the interview on December they said they will be sending me the decision , after 6 months not answer at all I will like to know from somebody timeline for wait for the decision please 🙏

K1 visa/NOA2 approved petitioner has no job right now
My fiancé (US citizen) is a fresh graduate and unemployed still, we’re planning to live with his parents at the start
We already got our NOA2 in May,
We plan to have his father file affidavit of financial support as a joint sponsor.
My question is, would this be a problem for visa approval?
please help if you have any infor regarding this matter. thank you.

I-130 actively reviewing
I-130 went from recieved to actively reviewing at around 3pm yesterday after 269 days. No approval notice in the documents, and no movement on I-485 whatsoever.
Barely slept last night! Does it mean anything? Is it a good sign? Any progress is in the right direction, surely?

Mental Health during GC process
Hello everyone,
I’m in the EB3 skilled category (registered nurse) and the retrogression is stressing me out a lot. I spend hours on different platforms hoping to hear some good news/change and I feel like it’s driving me crazy. I should be grateful that my I-140, EAD, and AP were approved pretty quickly but I can’t seem to shake the fear of what the retrogression may bring. I hear the EB3 skilled category will become current in Oct 2023 (new fiscal year) but ofc it’s all predictions and we don’t know what the future holds. I want to get my mind off all things immigration related and just have it in the backseat.
I got the status “Service Center has changed”
what does it mean? does anyone get the same status like me?
