I-130 actively reviewing
I-130 went from recieved to actively reviewing at around 3pm yesterday after 269 days. No approval notice in the documents, and no movement on I-485 whatsoever.
Barely slept last night! Does it mean anything? Is it a good sign? Any progress is in the right direction, surely?

Mine is 2 weeks old, I changed from received to activity review and I still haven't gotten a response

Interesting. My I-485 changed to actively reviewing after my biometrics in October but my wife’s I-130 was still on recieved until yesterday. Was hoping the sudden change after 9 months meant something.

Mine only changed yesterday Lorena, so yours might change soon too. Hopefully we both get approved in the next few months, I’m getting a bit tired of waiting. No interview yet, no RFEs, and no real signs of progress.
I hope @Aug 2022 is right when they say it’s ready to adjudicate.

@C D i feel you im si tired and depressed but i know everything is gonna be better for us soon , i got a RFE 2 months ago and they recived on april 20Th but it was the last thing that i heard for them

I-130 approval showed up on my wife’s USCIS account! The status is still on actively reviewing though and there’s no approval doc for I-485

@Lorena Duncan yes I did respond on the rfe on 18th of January since then no updates. i noticed yesterday that my upload date changed to last Friday
