K1 visa/NOA2 approved petitioner has no job right now
My fiancé (US citizen) is a fresh graduate and unemployed still, we’re planning to live with his parents at the start
We already got our NOA2 in May,
We plan to have his father file affidavit of financial support as a joint sponsor.
My question is, would this be a problem for visa approval?

have one of your parents fill out the affidavit of support. all they want to know is that your fiancé will be financially supported.
