waiting for combo card
Hello dear community!
So I began the process on march 15 for (I-485, I-130, I-131 & I-765) on march 26 I was schedule for the biometrics. since then the last update was on march 27 with “CASE IS BEING ACTIVELY REVIEW BY USCIS”
it’s been 71 days since that last update. I know it’s a long lasting process and we have to be patient. But I just want to know if there’s someone here that is in the same situation or if you know someone that its on the same situation.
do you think it might be coming sooner than later? I heard that they are much faster this year. I need the I-765 and I’m just hooping that my case is one of those cases that takes 3-4 months lol!

Same I applied March 13, 2023 and my biometrics was on April 13 and it’s still actively being reviewed 😩. So trust me you’re not alone. I guess we just have to be patient

Similar timeline to mine. My EAD was approved last week. The card will be delivered tomorrow to my address. You might get good news soon. hang in there!

same both me and my wife file same march 17 biometric April 14 went in active review my wife got EAD and green for still pending

I applied April 24th
I got everything done
2 weeks ago I got an RFE for medical ( which is a very good sign ) and it’s been 5 days they received it .
I see a lot of people here after getting a medical within a month their case gets approved

hi! did you only pay the fee for the I-485 when you concurrently filed the I-131 and I-765? I can’t seem to find a definitive answer online! thanks and good luck!!!

I begun my process march 31 , biometric April 29 , case actively been reviewed same day on biometrics . here waiting also ..

@N dS. The payment is for the I-485, but it’s optional for you to include the I-765 and I-131, without additional payments
