Unsolicited Evidence
hello… I wanted to know if its good to add unsolicited evidence without RFE? When we applied for the gc our lawyer told us to wait for them to ask for everything but they taking longer than the time frame expected, and I’ve seen people that sent evidence without a RFE and they get approved, I recieved a RFE on April but it was just the medical what do you guys think I should do? ( we haven’t sent nothing of evidence) just the applications, birth certificates, ID, etc and the medical (no pictures or proof of marriage)

case denied due to USCIS error
February 2023 I filed an expedite for my I-131 because I needed to see family, it was denied USCIS stating that they sent an RFE for I-131 awaiting a response, I never recieved an RFE and it was not uploaded in the system on my account . I reached out to USCIS spoke to a tier-2 that I did not receive an RFE, Tier 2 also stated that it seems they ordered it but it was not sent out , teh Tier-2 emailed Nebraska office about the issue and they responded that a supervisor will review case. response in 60 days. May 17 was 60 days, I heard nothing but got a notification May 31 that case was denied. the letter came in today stating that case was denied because RFE response was not received and it’s past 87 days
I did not receive the RFE
I have the mail trail informing Nebraska office
but my case was denied?
it is clear USCIS error
what can I do?

after a long 4 years , 2 cases applied, 2 interviews, today I had my interview in sacramento and had one of the nicest officers..
she mentioned the previous officer did not save my signature and that apparently put wrong person in the section instead of my wife, that’s the reason I had to go back for second, no questions no nothing approved once the signature was signed
god is good, your time will come, if my time after 1,100 days came, yours will to. Always reach out to god and good things will come!

do you think send the notice of intent to fil mandamus against the uscis attorney general may work ?? my lawyer sent it .I told him fil against uscis through the court he said let’s send the notice.
now it’s 75 days no response or any updates but my lawyer keep saying to wait approximately 90 days that sometimes may change.i130 pd since 2018 no interview nothing.
