Approved! Here are some details to help others who are waiting
I’m a British citizen married to a naturalized American. We’ve been married since August 2022, and met each other about a year before that.
Filed in September 2022 after my ESTA had expired. Expedited EAD successfully in January 2023. No RFEs, no interview.
We initially filed with the San Antonio FO, but we moved from Texas to Chicago in May 2023. Not sure if that triggered the approval. EMMA told me my case was in Albuquerque for some reason.
270 days in total. Not super fast, but better than I was expecting. Good luck to everyone else waiting!

I-485 Approval, Thank you God
Good luck everyone, it is surely a stressful process as you can see someone receiving their approval in less than 80 days while others wait for more than 400 days. Just stay patient and positive.
I mailed the medicals with the application.
I worked with Chen Immigrations.
My case was sent to Oakland Park FO on January 31.
I was told through Emma chat that my case was assigned to an officer on Feb. 17th…. I chatted again with Emma and then I was told that my case is assigned to an officer on April 16th.
Seems like case was assigned to an officer does not always mean that an officer is reviewing the case. it seems like it just means that it is sitting on someone’s desk.
I wish you all the best 🙏🏻

Individual mandamus- i601A case approved
#i601a
My husband’s case has been approved!! I601A (Nebraska) received 3/5/2020. I am so happy and so excited!
After 4 inquires, multiple calls to USCIS and they were never able to give us any helpful info, 2 callbacks from two Tier2 agents who where very unhelpful, submitted an expedite request in January due to medical issues I’m having (it was denied). We decided not to join the class action lawsuit but after seeing that USCIS kept increasing the processing time in Nebraska and barely any cases were being approved, we decided to do an individual writ of mandamus. Our attorney said it was filed and accepted by the court on 5/15/23. Our I601A was approved yesterday 6/6/23 (approved in 23 days).
This has been a long journey for us but we are finally seeing the light at the end of the tunnel!
Permanent Residency
Got approved within less than a year. The hardest part of the journey is the feeling of ambiguity. My husband filed for me and my two children. We all got approved at the same time. We did not go through the interview process.

N-400 - Philadelphia Field Office
Does anyone have any idea what is going on with N400 cases that are being processed at the Philadelphia field office?
Filed my N400 application in May 2022, decision could not be made at the time of the interview in February, 2023, still waiting for a decision. The status of my case for a week now: "Things are taking longer that expected...".
