Vawa unsolicited evidence
Hi, is it possible to send unsolicited evidence for vawa? I have more evidence that I didn’t submit with my application, it was very hard mentally to do the application and I had a mental block. I just remembered more issues that happened and I have the documentation for it #vawa #i360
Confused and don't know what to do. pls help
I filed my I-751 June 2021 which is still pending then I went ahead to file N-400 under the 3 years rule n still pending . the issue is I have been going through abuse in my home since 2019 and 2021 Jan I starting seeing a therapist cause I was going crazy n depressed.
now I am worried uscis might call for a combo interview and my spouse will definitely not show up. I don't know what to do.
should I file for weaver based on abuse we n with the N-400. or should I file for waiver based on abuse n divorce and then with the N-400 . or mayb I should leave everything as it is and wait for the combo interview and show my evidence at that time.?
please I need advice 😔

I am done waiting for NVC for this one interview data. it take for ever for ur family to join you in the states.,and this wrong. I think NVC don’t care about anybody’s families, all they care is to delay others people family. my case going to 4 years without interview scheduled. when my family case will schedule in American embassy in Monrovia Liberia. why we Liberian are suffering to come America and knowin the history between thoes two country. I am tired waiting.

I would like for you guys to download the driver license handbook in the language that you are more comfortable in to study. When you get here you will be ready to get your leaner permit or your driver license for people who already have one in Haiti while you are waiting to be confirm by USCIS.
