submitted for my i485 which confirmed receipt from March nothing since

they asked me RFE for medical in april, they recieved it on May 01 and nothing :/

They Received my RFE on April 20th and still nothing

seems like everyone is stuck with RFE like me.It’s so fraustating…….

my RFE got approved same day itself

no dear there is no premium processing for i130 Friday I got the RFE request….2days me n my husband sat and aggregate what all evidence we have like wedding , engagement, honeymoon, anniversary pictures….family photos , money sent between us, our travel evidences to see each other etc……Monday early mng we submitted….same day it got approved and sent to NVC for further processing

people uscis not going to ask you for pics etc just know that you should send them that’s how you get more score on your case

@pretty Mathew then your rfe might be to prove for bonafide marriage mine was just a copy of marriage certificate so can’t send more then they asked

@subu g still I guess u can upload how lots of picture , details of money transfer between you n your patner , travel details, testimonials of people who watched your wedding etc
