Unsolicited Evidence
hello… I wanted to know if its good to add unsolicited evidence without RFE? When we applied for the gc our lawyer told us to wait for them to ask for everything but they taking longer than the time frame expected, and I’ve seen people that sent evidence without a RFE and they get approved, I recieved a RFE on April but it was just the medical what do you guys think I should do? ( we haven’t sent nothing of evidence) just the applications, birth certificates, ID, etc and the medical (no pictures or proof of marriage)

I sent RFE without asking me 2 weeks later they approved all my form that I did fill . Do that you will see the result.

send them pictures, bills, joint accaunt statements, everything supporting papers.

People get denied for the smallest things and your lawyer is our here tellingyou not to send evidence! wow! load your stuff under unsolicited evidence and fire your lawyer!

yea it’s a big money making thing everytime uscis send for something you have to pay them that’s how they make more money off you bcz how can you send evidence and don’t send pics and joint accounts and stuff to strengthen case uscis just put those incomplete cases aside and work on to approve the completed cases

my friend use a different lawyer and the lawyer put in all his files medical and pics together at first and he got approved in two months got his social in almost 3 months

I change address this week am going to let the lawyer send in a change addressed form and this time am giving him my pictures and evidence he must send them in this time

I did send under I-130 . it was my wife’s naturalization certificate, our lease , utility bill. 2 weeks later they approved all my forms
