case denied due to USCIS error
February 2023 I filed an expedite for my I-131 because I needed to see family, it was denied USCIS stating that they sent an RFE for I-131 awaiting a response, I never recieved an RFE and it was not uploaded in the system on my account . I reached out to USCIS spoke to a tier-2 that I did not receive an RFE, Tier 2 also stated that it seems they ordered it but it was not sent out , teh Tier-2 emailed Nebraska office about the issue and they responded that a supervisor will review case. response in 60 days. May 17 was 60 days, I heard nothing but got a notification May 31 that case was denied. the letter came in today stating that case was denied because RFE response was not received and it’s past 87 days
I did not receive the RFE
I have the mail trail informing Nebraska office
but my case was denied?
it is clear USCIS error
what can I do?

I sent mine as well. But they might have sent the RFE to your email. that’s where I found mine

I put in a request to reopen and reached out to CIS ombudsman for assistance, they reponded to me after two weeks that they have contacted USCIS on my behalf to resolve the issue so they’ll keep me updated

yes and they approve and reopened yesterday, I reached out to ombudsman as well and they helped speak to USCIS on my behalf
