Yesterday I submitted an expedited request for EAD through emma chat. I just checked my uscis account under document and found that they approved my EAD and travel parole!!!! No documents were requested.

now my f1 opt is expiring and need to apply for extension but its so hard to work on f1 can I just not apply and wait for the gc and apply expedited?

@S P Yes, I am married to a US citizen so I can be out of status and wait until I receive the approval for my EAD and green card

@S P Yes you can but you maybe would still wait for a long time so I would consult with a lawyer to maybe lead you to which way would be better for your situation!
