Hello all, my case have been in delays foe over 3 years becauae of some misunderatanding.
now its running smoothly'....
inwent ro the DMV to ontain a renewed drivers liscence , i was told my work permit is updates online and i should have receives it already.
I have not received ant text. nor any updates online.
Can someone please explain tonme or twll me you are im the same situation.

Should I make a request to USCIS about my I-765 case?
Over 11 months!
It's been very frustrating that I can't work nor get a driver's license. I also feel quite pressure from my wife's family...

It's been over 60 days since a Field Office received my medical RFE. So I talked to someone through Emma yesterday. The agent made a request to the office and I will hear back within 30 days.
I wonder it actually helps to me hear back, and I need to do the same thing for my I-765.
BTW, my time line does not show that but my fingerprints are already registered last August. I hope I'm at the last stage for an interview or the decision.

My I-130 has just been approved after 2 years. Glory be to Almighty God in the highest. Now I’ll proceed to file a motion to terminate because I’m in removal proceeding. I pray everyone else waiting will get an approval soon.

I-131 Random (?) Undeliverable Notice - Case approved and combo card already received
Hi all,
My I-131 case just changed from approved to Notice was returned to USCIS because the post office could not deliver it.
I’ve received my I-765 and I-131 approval a while ago and have the physical card already in my hands. So the address they’re having is definitely correct.
Anyone ever had something like this and knows what that notice could be about?

I filed my case last August 30, 2022 and i finally got approved on my combo card on june 9 2023 , but in my USCIS online account is not has been updated yet I asked to emma and she said it might take up to 14 days to update it!

Emergency Advance Parole
Hi, I applied for an emergency advance parole for humanitarian reasons at my local office. which was approved and I received on the spot the approval form with my picture on it to allow me to return in USA. when I tracked the receipt number on the advance parole at the first day it said case was received at lockbox, at second day case was approved and at the fourth day case was transfer to another office.
Is that normal, anybody experienced this before?

hello everyone, please how long does it take USCIS to acknowledge and send receipts of EAD renewal? I submitted my renewal to Vermont since last week Tuesday and haven’t gotten receipts yet. Also are they likely to send them to my attorney regardless of I indicating that mails can be received at my address? thanks #VAWA #EAD #COMBOCARD
I131 Expedite inquiry
Hello,
500+ days have passed since my PD on I131. I've submitted eRequest twice (30 business days apart) but no replies arrived yet.
I'd like to expedite my application due to my medical situations, but I dont know where/what to start. Should I contact USCIS via Emma/phone first? What is the processing fee? How likely is it these days to be approved?
