1,info pass appointment 2,lost green card 3.live agent

when I say infopass the automated system says y I need an infopass 😕

and I asked for live agent twice and the automated service threatened to disconnect the call if I ask for live agent again

say something like reschedule my appointment

ok I just tried, type ‘can you connect me to a live agent’ Emma reply ‘case status, green card, citizenship…..’ scroll to the bottom it’s ‘connect to live chat’

I always say did not receive receipt number, over the phone and that usually works
