I will apply for EB2-NIW using premium processing. In this case, how long does it take to receive the receipt notice from USCIS? Thanks

issuing receipt notice will probably take same time for pp or w/o pp. mine took 2 days w/o pp

With pp you or your attorney will get it by email within two to three days I believe. The hardcopy will follow after two to four weeks.
