No EAD, No Green Card

Should I make a request to USCIS about my I-765 case?
Over 11 months!
It's been very frustrating that I can't work nor get a driver's license. I also feel quite pressure from my wife's family...

It's been over 60 days since a Field Office received my medical RFE. So I talked to someone through Emma yesterday. The agent made a request to the office and I will hear back within 30 days.
I wonder it actually helps to me hear back, and I need to do the same thing for my I-765.
BTW, my time line does not show that but my fingerprints are already registered last August. I hope I'm at the last stage for an interview or the decision.

my priority date is 11/7/2022, my case is similar as yours. no EAD, no green card for over 7 months. USCIS had my 485 medical RFE for 71 days now. I didn’t hear anything back. all they said is my case still under normal process time, and my case is at National Benefit Center. I’m currently trying to expedite my 765. you can chat with Emma and you can use finnacial loss as reason to try expedite

you need to file an ombudsman’s request. I did this, and my EAD was approved within 48 hours.

@t t I waited for a year for my EAD. the ombudsman can help you if you’ve been contacting USCIS multiple times regarding your EAD and haven’t had any success. I submitted an expedite request, and heard nothing back. The ombudsman basically pushed it along for me.
