they seemed annoyed. this week i reached out to them 3 times and they just send me the link to the processing times page and tell me its at nbc not at the field office.

everyday yes every week I don’t think so, looking ppl get approved within few weeks it’s unfair for other people waiting that long

i would say yes that it is bad to contact everyday. would you want someone contacting you every day about something that you have no power to change? the contact is logged in the notes of your case

@tomyka rivera good point. i will stop contacting them. i have a feeling they do log the information everytime. i will continue to wait.

personally I won't because it's heart breaking to hear that nothing has changed. what I try to do is stop myself from checking the app or my account everyday. I dont think it's healthy to put yourself through that everyday as hard as it maybe
