does anyone have experience with Adam walsh cases? still haven’t received an noid. but I did do my biometrics as the petitioner. my interview was waived. and an officer recently looked at my case.

so my wife chatted with Emma today asked them we haven’t heard anything on I-130 since it was filed back in April 21 2022
we got Rfe on my I-485 for medical only and responded 56 days ago and they confirmed they received and today the agent told my wife it’s waiting to be scheduled for interviewin system she said says this date 4-16-23 on I-130 but we haven’t got any notice anywhere
is it usual ? are they calling for interview after medical RFe stressing out here !!
How to pursuade agency on starting date
I got my ead 1 months ago, and my agency is scaring me that they will terminate my i140 if I don’t start right away since they see too many people running away after they received gc.
when I made a contract, they said its up to me whether to start after receiving GC and now they say they never said it.
they also refused that I wanted to talk to the company directly regarding my start date. I will fulfill 1 year contract obiligation for sure, but I don’t want to start till end of the year (school, caring sick person, retrogression, etc.)
What can I possibly tell agency or pursuade(negotiate?) them on my starting date? thank you so much in advance for your support.

Talked to live agent and the response is case is ready for review! This is just ridiculous! What does it mean it is ready for review? Means go wait for one more 1 year??
