my status shows actively recview after my husband submit his evidences in march 2023. but my filling date was in january 2022. i have ones been denied in 2019 at my first filling i needed to start all over again with an AWA experinced lawyer. still waiting. no EAD yet.

@mount laurel New Jersey my husbands criminal records included(police record, court record ,rehabilitation, parole, any education certificate, letter from a head of any community involvement). affidavits from family and friends, evaluation from an immigration recommender doctor, affidavit from me the wife. the good thing is my case shows actively viewing. I know this is my year of approval. because what cannot do does not exist. I cry everyday about this. my tears are wiped out. amen heaven will open doors of miracles for everyone fighting this. amen

ohhh,,,you might want to consult Allan first let them know what your situation is. so they can prepare u on getting your records ready. they are good. they prepare you ahead of time.
