Service request reply says interview notice will be sent
hello all, I put in a service request on my case and they replied today saying “We will send you an interview notice in which we will request that you go to a USCIS field office for an interview. We will mail your notice to the most recent address we have on file. Please carefully follow the instructions outlined on your interview notice, once you receive it.” anyone experienced this? if so did the send you the notice soon after?
I 485 denied
my case was denied because of a previous arrest , they requested RFE deposition , I sent it in an dthey denied application because the case ends Jan 2024 , I need help because the mail said my work permit would be revoked however I can file motion of appeal , if I file motion of appeal would they still revoke my permit ?

caso nuestro caso cada ves q revisamos mi pareja y yo seguimos en espera del proceso es una falta de respeto según lo q han dicho q revisar 500 por fecha más atrasada,y otros 50 alazar y a nosotros nada nos llega aún,somos del 19 de enero y aún nada no entiendo cuánto tiempo más debemos porafvor hasta cuándo necesitamos saber la decicion q se tomará con nosotros pórfavor una respuesta no cuesta tanto.

Hi! I want to share with you that the apps are not being updated, I was just checking here and nothing happened. Yesterday I accessed my USCIS and in the documents tab my EAD was approved with the approval letter attached to the documents Since Monday 06/12. So I recommend that you check it out.

waiting for EAD and current H1B is expired
After finger print and biometric, it’s 24th day and still no change in the status, location NBC. After 25th June, I cannot work due to my current H1B expiring and current employer asked me to on Leave of Absence. will USCIS consider my expedite request due under personal financial loss?
