check your service center through live chat from USCIS website. they might transferred your case to a field office. also check when was last reviewed by an officer. this would give little hope. good luck!

they update my case yesterday:
we transferred your Form I-485, Application to Register Permanent Residence or Adjust Status, to another USCIS office. That office now has jurisdiction over your case. We sent you a notice that explains why we moved your case.
