I 485 denied
my case was denied because of a previous arrest , they requested RFE deposition , I sent it in an dthey denied application because the case ends Jan 2024 , I need help because the mail said my work permit would be revoked however I can file motion of appeal , if I file motion of appeal would they still revoke my permit ?

usually some criminal case even when dismissed have a probation period. did you complete probation and filed or you did not? maybe that’s the problem

my probation up Jan 2024 , that's the reason why it was denied

@andre allen uscis cannot approve your application until you complete everything and get deposition from the court get a lawyer you might end up in removal

@andre allen also get a criminal lawyer to see if he can go back to the court to lesson your probation because it might affect you again when you try to reopen are refile

nobody should apply for immigration benefits while you have a pending criminal case. the result is a straight denial……complete the case then reapply after if u choose to appeal now it will be a waste of time and money. don’t forget to include all your deposition documents with your new application when u applying again just to avoid delays with RFE because they will ask for proof in the future showing that the case is over. thanks for the support and advise guys , I got an attorney and he's going to take over its way too complicated for me to do it on my own , guess it's next year before I make any progress, and I'll end up losing my job and all , I have so much to lose here
