USCIS notices online account EAD
I have seen a lot of people who found an approval notice for their EAD on their online account. I do have a documents tab for my I-765 but no USCIS notices section… for all other applications I do have a part tiled USCIS notices under documents (even if there are no notices), why is it missing for the I-765 application?
PD: Oct 18th 2022, Standalone. USC, Spouse in India. Case actively reviewing since April 17th, taking longer than expected!
Anyone w/beneficiary from india??? does it make any difference with the country from which your beneficiary is??
initially got I 130 receipt notice from Nebraska and after 6 months received online access code from Vermont Centre and same time changed to actively reviewing. processing time changed from 5 months to Taking longer than expected more than a month ago”
NVC Expedite Update
I submitted an NVC Expedite on June 12 for the US Embassy in Abu Dhabi.
My expedite was based on a life-and-death situation. My doctor wrote a fantastic letter, indicating the petitioner’s condition is deteriorating rapidly and life-threatening. He provided his letter, assessment and prescription information.
And yet, Abu Dhabi rejected it…
I am at a loss of words…how can I prove the severity of the situation??? Please if you have any advice, I would really appreciate it. My only thought is to get another doctor to write a letter and request another expedite with both letters.
No decision by USCIS after receiving RFE response
Hello. We sent the RFE documents (medical for my mom) to the Washington DC field office and they received it on April 18th. Its been almost 60 days and there has been no movement or update since then. Other that calling the USCIS number given, what else can I do? anybody in the same situation? its so frustrating ☹️

Please any case from Colombia or my same category (F2A Spouse of permanent resident) post your timelines!!! I am very confused about the expected waiting time at this step and don't know when to expect the appointment letter.

Mi prometido y yo tenemos una petición de visa k1 desde el 2 noviembre 2022, y ya han pasado 7 meses. Por aquí hay alguna persona que esté por esas fechas ,y sabrían que fechas están saliendo , porque ya son muchos meses y todo lo tenemos en regla, mi caso está en California, suerte para los que estamos esperando lo mismo, gracias .
