No decision by USCIS after receiving RFE response
Hello. We sent the RFE documents (medical for my mom) to the Washington DC field office and they received it on April 18th. Its been almost 60 days and there has been no movement or update since then. Other that calling the USCIS number given, what else can I do? anybody in the same situation? its so frustrating ☹️

i spoke with the agent on the live chat already. they said they don’t see anything in the system. they told to just call after 60 days (which is next week)

they didn't send receipt

uscis received my dna rfe September 13,2022. then when i lost a decision in 60days . i send a service request ! then the 87th day . it was approved . i counted the day 87, the day they handed over the decision that the dna was entered.

we have approved it. approval notice was mailed to the address of record . i received this email but i have not received any approval notice . i don't no why

@M A, Congratulations. I am also in the same boat. They've placed a SR, said to expect to get a decision within 30 days. Fingers crossed.
