There should be a written notice in your uscis account. You should open it and check what documents they want you to send to them to support your application. You will also get a notice in the mail or your email from your field office.

same time they upload documents in your uscis online account after 2 our 3 days same happen with me before

It would be a good idea to talk to someone using the Emma Chat or if you know which field office is processing your documents then you can call them to find out what they need

I got my though email, it was never uploaded

I received that notice too and it was just for my long form birth certificate and medical exams. so it could be some missing documents from your initially submitted package

@co co call to usps with the tracking number . I moved to a new house and they sent my work permit to my old house so they pick it up and returned to me when I called them
