I sent a request to the ombudsman months ago and never received any feedback. I had time get through with my EAD and still never received any correspondence. I thank God that the tier officer helped me and even called with updates

@JW . how did you get a tier two officer to call you back? I tried multiple times and they never called me back

An Emma agent said she will have a tier officer look into my case and call me. within 3 days I received a callback from the tier officer. The person called before the time Emma said that they would, so you have to stay close to your phone

@mount laurel New Jersey the Emma rep decided on her own to assign it to a tier agent because I made 3 expedited requests a month apart and never received any feedback from USCIS. The Emma rep seemed surprised that no one contacted me

they said they would call me within the next 7 day

@mount laurel New Jersey some days went by after the tier officer called me then my combo card was approved without them asking for supporting documents (which I had on standby just in case they had asked for it)
