Anyone else from 2021 waiting?😭 they haven’t ask for RFE or nothing and I’m losing my mind. I called last week and they say my cases were transfered to Newark field office and are within the processing time and that I can’t conctact them until march 2025??!!

I had 3 dependants and all of our cases were approved on the same day. I would like to share some tips here. Two of my dependants files were in NBC , other two were in Field office. After several attempts with Emma agents, one of the agent helped to raise a service request to join all the cases. This helped all the dependents files come to the same field office.
Another tip to expedite: If you have a compelling reason , one can seek the help of Field office by writing a letter and sharing the evidences. This helped to expedite I-765,I-131 and not sure if it helped I-485. But it is worth trying only if you have a compelling reason.
I sent my medical along with I-485. Please send it along with your case.
I recommend to touch base with Emma agents 2 times in a month. This will help to understand your case progress.
One of the dependants biometric was not scheduled along with the other three dependants. we just walked in and requested to accomodate a dependent who did not have a appointment. It was done.
while dealing with Emma agents, be respectful and don’t show frustration. Instead , make them happier and they will work for you. Always talk positively.
Finally , I want to help those who have big dreams.
I do not have PhD , no articles or no citations.
Although I had a strong EB1A profile , majority of the attorneys I approached rejected to take up my case.

God Please approve my combo asap
It’s been over two months I raised a request to expedite the work permit and close to 2 months from fax being sent. I never received the expedite request approval or denial or an acknowledgment of fax receipt. 🫥🫥 Anyone in similar phase, is it common not to get the acknowledgment ?
my lawyer just filed for i-130 and i-485
Hi all! my lawyer filed my i-130 and i-485 on april 12 and i had my biometrics on may 11. After biometrics my i-485 is being actively reviewed. I asked my lawyer if he could file for my i-765 but he need 500$ more for preparing the application+ governmental fees. Do i have to pay any governmental fee since i already paid fee for i-485?
Also is it good idea to prepare i-765 myself?
