case remains pending
my priority date 08/11/2021- eb31 row professional. my case status case remains pending since on June 9. it was is San Fernando valley office. they approved my i485 j on June 12 . I chatted with Emma today. they sent back my case to NBC. what’s happening ☹️

@KOE KOE I chatted with Emma today. my case was in field office. they told me it is in NBC now . I am confused. maybe they sent my case to NBC from field office because visa number is not available ?

@ram j no . I sent a letter to field office with my lawyer yesterday. not sure what’s happening 🤷🏻♀️

@ap ln oh ok . I just had chat with Emma and agent said my case is at phoneix FO and it is being reviewed .
when I asked about to confirm if it is paused or not , the agent gave same above reply for 3 times but didn’t confirm.
yeah , really don’t know what’s happening and can’t trust these Emma agents.
