20 months and counting 😞
Anyone else from 2021 waiting?😠they haven’t ask for RFE or nothing and I’m losing my mind. I called last week and they say my cases were transfered to Newark field office and are within the processing time and that I can’t conctact them until march 2025??!!

December 2021, waiting….I-765 approved June 2022, interview scheduled and cancelled by USCIS. called and was told interview was waived, since then they’ve been quiet and I’ve been calling but still waiting…

February 2021 but my I-130 was approved in July 29 2021…. My I-485 is still actively reviewing, no interview because they send it was waived , didn’t ask for medical yet… I had my second activity reviewing in December 2022.

Wow!! I'm baffled!! Now I'm afraid that's gonna happen to me. I started in 2/14/2020 but at the time my husband was LPR. My I-130 was approved on 3/13/2022. Same month my husband became US citizen. I could submit my AOS on 4/10/2022, I got my work permit last month and still waiting for my interview to be scheduled. I don't understand why is taking so long if the most important application (I-130) It's been approved last year, why are they treating my case like my petitioner is still an LPR? 3 years waiting for this? Is unbelievable. And yes, I don't know why are they approving cases from October, December 2022 or even cases from January 2023.
