5 weeks to go until i go on unpaid leave…
nervous and confused as to why my i-765 has been taking so long. expedite requestd have not worked :/ why do some people get theirs within a month while my employer wont even put me on projects because they arent sure if i will be able to stay the whole time… im getting paid but i basically dont have a job right now and its driving me crazy

RFE for i485
filed AOS package on May 1st 2023. Received notice saying they will use old finger prints. today got notice for i485 rfe for 2022 tax returns which I replied back. I haven't heard back on any other applications though. do you think everything will be approved together? How long do you think it will take to get response after I replied back for rfe?
