I-485 Interview Scheduled but No Notice
Hi Friends, my I-130 was already approved, Medical RFE sent and now I have an I-485 interview scheduled but there’s no notice posted online on the USCIS website. any thoughts?

Hello guys,
Posting here cause I’m devastated. My case is way outside normal processing time.
I’m bombarding UsCIS almost every day.
Filed service request- nothing
File 3 requests to expedite during past year- 2 denied, 1 is in progress more than 30 days.
I fulfilled my obligations to my employer (worked for a year at smelly Subway) and I’m done. I haven’t found a new job yet,but I’m disappointed and stressed cause I feel that I can do nothing to speed up the process.
I call and text Emma at their website,but no results.
any suggestions?
What should I do?

Stuck on Receipt Sent
PD date Nov. 27, 2022, processing online (IOE). Our application has yet to be reviewed by anyone and is stuck in “receipt sent” phase. Processing time says longer than expected. Has anyone else experienced this? Should I be worried?

hello house, first of all I want to give all glory to God. I started my journey since 2019, I filled for vawa 2019 since then uscis was mute, they finally sent Rfe last year which I replied and my case was approved February 2023. today they sent me Rfe medical for I-485. They said I should submit it by September. Am the happiest person on earth. i decided to share my good news with u all because I will come here to congratulate people when they share their good news. U always come through for me amazing God. now I can focus 🧘♀️

hey guys, anybody here got DQed in europe? anyone who got an interview recently? is the interview wait time affected when you are being petitioned by a green card holder rather than a US citizen?
i just want to know how long it takes to get interview in the embassy? will it take years?? i hope not. brussels belgium consulate
I-751 (waiver) Potomac approved at exactly 29 months
My I-751 journey has finally come to an end after 29 months exactly. Filed jointly on January 14th, 2021. My marriage fell apart and we got separated in September of 2021. Divorce finalized after 13 months in November 2022. Sent a letter requesting to convert my case to a divorce waiver on December 13, 2022. Sent request letter, certified copy of divorce decree, additional marital evidence like taxes, all types of insurance, joint bank statements, bills and membership cards from the point of filing to the point of separation. I did not get an affidavit from my spouse nor friends and family. Finally, after 29 months I got approved this evening. Thank you all.
Need to terminate my Pending Asylum Case
Hi All
I have an asylum case pending in New York City Court. My Individual hearing date was postponed because of pandemic. Since then I don't get a new hearing date yet. I got married and my wife is US citizen. My I-130 was approved. My lawyer is not so good. Lawyer is not doing anything. I filed everything by myself. Recently I filed-I485 in USCIS. I know that without terminating current asylum case from court, I can't be approve for GC. Now I need a good Lawyer who can help me to terminate my case. Can anyone suggest me a good lawyer who can help me to terminate my case, please?
