USCIS backlog
Hello guys,
Posting here cause I’m devastated. My case is way outside normal processing time.
I’m bombarding UsCIS almost every day.
Filed service request- nothing
File 3 requests to expedite during past year- 2 denied, 1 is in progress more than 30 days.
I fulfilled my obligations to my employer (worked for a year at smelly Subway) and I’m done. I haven’t found a new job yet,but I’m disappointed and stressed cause I feel that I can do nothing to speed up the process.
I call and text Emma at their website,but no results.
any suggestions?
What should I do?

you had interview or rfe? I think you should sue them. Hire an attorney to sue uscis. they will have to make a decision within a designated time

my case was submitted in October 29 so
2020 and they said it will be outside processing time after July 28. My FO is Orlando.

hello, does anyone knows the processing time for NBC office? I am EB3-3 UNSKILLED. My documents has been there over 450 days. just wanted to know their time processing time.

hello guys! Some “updates”. My case status hasn’t change,but I contacted Senator on my behalf. And you know what? It’s absolutely helpless😂 They just contacted me to tell that my interview may be waived or I will receive a notice for the interview. Adviced me to check my case status online. That is it 😂😂😂
