Yes you can get them from IRS website, also you can include your tax return (most recent) including any W-2’s or 1099’s .. are you asking for the NVC step?

Its requirement for i485. we dont have the ITR copy anymore. what we can only get is those two from IRS website just wondering if it will be enough

my lawyer specifically told me to get three years of the Return Transcript from the IRS. we also had the tax returns but they told me the USCIS prefers the Return Transcript.

for the tax records, I believe so. we also submitted W2/1099 and 3 months paystubs
