Finally Green!
After finishing an MBA program in October 2021 my immigration lawyer had recommended to apply for the EB2-NIW. At first I thought that could be impossible to achieve, it takes time, patience, lot of focus, but it’s worth, every second of that 1 year and 4 months of waiting. Divorce before removal of conditions
what are your options if your partner (US citizen ) decides to divorce you before your two year removal of conditions. what’s next for you? anyone in this situation, what did you? and how’s the processing time and steps like. anything is appreciated at this point. thank you.
LC is just filed. Retrogression will devastate us..
I am collaborating with an agency for eb3 unskilled. they could just filed the 9089 for LC. the visa bulletin still shows Feb 2020 for eb3 unskilled category. under these circumstances it seems to take 4 or 5 years to apply for I-485. Is there anyone like me? What do you suggest to me?

Hello everyone, I got an approval letter today in the document section but on the website it is still showing “actively reviewed” which makes me kinda worried! Please does this happen to anyone and is it official that I’ve been approved ?
my I-485 went back to TSC again!!!
my I-485 case filed with TSC. It transferred to NBC then FO and another FO then transferred to TSC back recently . my pd is 09/29/20. Do you think they will approve the case from TSC when pd is current. Why do you think my case went back to TSC. Is it a good sign or not?

I didn’t get a notification from Lawfully and USCIS. I just saw approval letter on the documents tab and my I-131 says case closed!!

With the advice of my lawyer we uploaded very strong additional evidence to my pending i130 application and viola my work permit was approved 2 days after I did it.
The additional documents that we gathered were:
•life insurance certificates
•renters insurance renewal
•additional utility bills
