Hola en diciembre del 2018 mande mi aplicasion la residencia por medio de asilo...hace 2 meses cambio mi estado para informar que se tomaron mis huellas dactilares alguien mas con el mismo caso
alguien que este pasando por lo mismo que comparta su proceso porfabor espero en Dios que nuestros casos pronto se terminen

Which one to choose, H1B or EB3 unskilled?
I am currently on Stem OPT. Recently approved for H1B. My currently employer is currently applying for H1B process.
On the other hand, I have EB3 unskilled applied and waiting for perm certification from another employer where I dont currently work.
Which should I choose? Can I change my OPT to H1B until I receive EB3 unskilled ead?

Quick question: has anyone here had an expedite request approved at the NVC stage in Accra, Ghana? How long between when you sent the request did you get approved and get your interview scheduled? (Can you please distinguish if your petitioner is a LPR or a USC in your response? Thanks!)
I131 GC re-entry permit
Hi! I filled out mine and my son's re-entry renewal on May 30, 2023, via UPS next-day delivery.
I received my receipt on June 2, 2023.
I checked it online; mine was updated to fee was taken. And my son was case-received. Today, June 17, 2023, I received a letter saying that my son's previous biometrics would be reused. I filled mine and my son's applications together in one big envelope with a separate envelope inside.
I really need to go back to my country before the end of August because I'm studying there. Is there any chance they will also reuse mine? By the way, my son came back to the US six months earlier than me because the last time we applied, his permit came first, so the expiration date was early. I filled it separately.
