I’ve been waiting for about 8 months now

I submitted an I-290B in Jun 8, 2023 I haven’t received the receipt yet, did you receive yours?

I submitted I-290B in May 18, 2023 and I received my receipt I-797C by mail in May 28, 2023.

I’m still waiting on any update on my I-290B since June 08, 2023 unfortunately nothing has happened what about your case? is there any update?

@Dan A Two weeks ago my I-130 was reopened. and yesterday I received two notices of action. Now I just have to wait for the final decision

Wow so then I have hope that in about two months mine can be reopened, good luck in your case! I would appreciate an update once you get the final decision to see the timeline, if nothing change for me by September I’ll need to file an extension in my current VISA and I’ll hate to go on that direction

quick update here, my case was officially approved yesterday when we received the original approval notice🥳, the lawyers contacted the local senator after six months of not hearing from the USCIS, about a month an a half later the case was approved
