Which one to choose, H1B or EB3 unskilled?
I am currently on Stem OPT. Recently approved for H1B. My currently employer is currently applying for H1B process.
On the other hand, I have EB3 unskilled applied and waiting for perm certification from another employer where I dont currently work.
Which should I choose? Can I change my OPT to H1B until I receive EB3 unskilled ead?

If you were selected for the lottery then I suggest you go the path to h1b.

looks like you r from Nepal. Never ever choose @Anmol Acharya EB3 unskilled if you have h1. h1 have many advantages. just asked your h1b employer to file you EB3/2

how long you should work for your company at H1B to get sponsorship? Because I Have several people who got H1B and later on their company stopped the project in the middle of nowhere. I have a friend from Bangladesh, he was working as a Business Analyst. I think he worked in a company for 16 months or near. He asked them if they are ready to file for his sponsorship. They said okay. He continued working for them. He filed Eb3 from his wife. And suddenly, his company stopped the project under which he was working. He was lucky that he didn't stop the EB3 process for his wife. He is still struggling to get next job to secure his H1B. Man, 3 W's are never your's in America - Work, Wife, & Weather. It's all up to you brother.

go for H1B. then after that aplly for EB2
never ever apply eb3 unskilled nowdays, it will go long retrogression. if you aplly now , your PD will be current on 2027 October for EB3 unskilled

go for both, work on the H1B until or GC gets approved for the eb3.
