AOS BASED ON K-1 Visa
Hello,
I’m just curious as to how long our process will take. I brought my husband into the U.S on a k-1 visa and we filed the AOS in March of this year. He had his biometrics on April 10, 2023 and ever since then the status on his case changed to being actively reviewed. How much longer do we have to wait for an interview?

Need help for i730 interview
Hi everyone, I received my interview letter 2 days ago for our i730. In the interview email they asked me to create account on ustraveldocs with biographical information for passport pickup service. But when I wanted to do that it asked for priority date but we don’t have any priority date.
So, is it necessary to create account on ustraveldocs for i730 applicants or the email is generic and I can ignore this? If I need to create account then what should be my priority date and visa class?
Also when filling up i765 what should I put in eligibility category?
Please help whoever knows the answer

EAD Approved
Got my EAD approved last June 12 (saw the standalone approval in the documents tab in the portal) and the status changed June 16 to card is being produced. Very very grateful to be one of the lucky ones!
Just wanted to share though that I requested to expedite via Emma chat (this was on a Friday) and the following Monday was when I saw the approval of the EAD. So point is, I think the request to expedite maybe helped nudge my case forward? If you’re still waiting, try to expedite.. nothing to lose. Good luck and stay strong!

passport application Q?
This is what I read on USPS for passport application-
State Department fees and Post OfficeTM fees must be paid separately. And they say you can’t pay with debit/ credit card.

Overstay
First let me share my situation. I came to the US with J1 visa and then applied for change of status for F1. Got approved in April 20th and never went to the school. I'm out of status now, overstating probably. I will leave the US before I accumulate 180 days. When I go back to my home country, is there any chance for me to get another visa, like H-2B or B2 visa, or don't I have any chance? Even if I get a visa, will they, airport customs, let me in the US? I heard some people overstayed their F1 visa, didn't have any entry bar, 3 or 10 year ban because of duration of status, waited in their country a few years and was able to get their visa afterwards.
