EAD Approved
Got my EAD approved last June 12 (saw the standalone approval in the documents tab in the portal) and the status changed June 16 to card is being produced. Very very grateful to be one of the lucky ones!
Just wanted to share though that I requested to expedite via Emma chat (this was on a Friday) and the following Monday was when I saw the approval of the EAD. So point is, I think the request to expedite maybe helped nudge my case forward? If you’re still waiting, try to expedite.. nothing to lose. Good luck and stay strong!

Hi, I chatted with the Emma agent and asked if I could request to expedite and stated which expedite category/reason I was under. After the agent has put in the request, I received an email the next day from USCIS saying that I need to fax evidence for them to process the expedite request. I didn’t do that step anymore as I saw the approval document already.
