Any I485 Approvals that were submitted in April 2023?
My I140 was approved under EB1A category back in March 2023, I filed my I485, I-131, I-765 in April 2023. i haven’t heard any update on I-485 yet. Got done with biometric in May 2023.
are there any other filers who got the approval? Also is it possible to directly get green card and they don’t give advance parole and EAD? My priority date is June 2015 (India) as I ported from EB2 to EB1A

Hello, I’m petitioner for my husband and today I received an approval notice which appeared under documents in my account but the case is still actively reviewed by USCIS. My husband doesn’t have any updated on his side. I’m glad that our case is updated but anyone can tell us how long it usually takes to get I-130 and I-485 updates on my husbands account? And does it mean that the interview is going to be waived? Thank you in advance and good luck in this journey!😊
