I-130 Approval notice
Hello, I’m petitioner for my husband and today I received an approval notice which appeared under documents in my account but the case is still actively reviewed by USCIS. My husband doesn’t have any updated on his side. I’m glad that our case is updated but anyone can tell us how long it usually takes to get I-130 and I-485 updates on my husbands account? And does it mean that the interview is going to be waived? Thank you in advance and good luck in this journey!😊

@Roxy Taranu The same happened to me. For me, it meant that the interview was waived. I got an update on my I-130 4 days after it was updated on his. But I got my I-485 approved the next day after it was update in my petitioner’s account. My I-485 was approved in my account before my I-130 updated to approved. In a week after the I-130 was approved in my petitioner’s account, I received my GC in the mail. I hope it is as fast for your husband as well.

@Roxy Taranu I think the best way to know if your interview may be waived is when to get the RFE for your medical.

Congrats on the approval !!!! I am curious to know as there wasn’t any updates on his end, was he at least able to see the approval letter under his account?
