i came to Usa on 2019 and on 2021 i am married ( my wife is citizen) and same year we sent doc to imigrations and after 21 months last week my work authorization got approved and after couple of day of , i-131 case was denied, was researching what’s going on and i just noticed that i am on removal proceeding and court date is on 2024 and I don’t know much think about this , if they would approve my green card or what I should do now ? if someone knows about that anything Please share with me what’s going on what’s gonna be ? if i am able to travel out of the country or. ? and I don’t have an attorney for now Thank you so much ..

interview scheduled after responding to medical RFE
is it a good sign when interview was waived july 2022 and in may 2023, RFE was requested for medical and was submitted timely, but on June 16 2023, I got an update from the app that interview scheduled. has this happen to anyone before? and what could have caused this since interview was waive 11months ago
