if an agent tells you interview waived. pls don’t believe them, only believe if a mail or email from USCIS indicates that, nothing went wrong just prepare for your interview and wish you all the best.

thank you all for the response. my spouse may not come with me as we are having alot of issues and part of it is tax. he only work on 1099 and whenever we fill tax, I end up paying over $4000 each year. I paid this for 2 years. now this year, we filled married but separate. IRS mailed him that he is owning $4550 and he is so upset this came in his name. do I still go to the interview and tell them just as it is? please I need help. I can’t stop crying and am done paying his tax. this is pure evil

@hay jay please ask your lawyer. it’s possible that if this is your second interview the sponsor does not need to attend. that is what my lawyer told me about second interviews but check on the notice if it says that sponsor must be present. also, you are so close dear, just ask your spouse if he can help you with this
