people got IL within 70-90 days after DQ and then again atleast 2 month for interview

People usually get an interview letter 4 to 7 months after DQ. The interview will happen 1.5-2months after you received the letter.

@@pabitra subedi From my experience they approved the documents quite fast. NVC is trying their best to expedite the process. It's the consulat that's a bit slow. Keep reviewing people's comments in Lawfully on CR1/IR1 for Nepal. My husband is also waiting for interview, and his will be in Mumbai, India.

@pabitra subedi when you got approved? cause to come interview it might take for 3,4 month or more cause it getting too late in nepal my case was approved in early may but still waiting.

@Devina OB June 16 we submitted all the documents pay all the feee everything so now we waiting for Nepal embassy will approve and shcelu for interviews but idk how long we gotta wait for that???

@pabitra subedi Quite a long time as my PD is Dec 6, 2021😄, and my DQ is Feb 22, 2023. So if you meant waiting after DQ is 4 months & 1 week. For Nepal I know there's a backlog... but expect to wait 6-8months after DQ. I know they're working to make the process faster. Try to visit each other in the meantime.

@pabitra Subedi So after medical exam and interview we have to wait for visa. I heard it will take one or two weeks to get visa and after that your spouse can come to us but Before your spouse enter to USA we have to make a payment for Green card and Once your spouse enter to USA your spouse will get GC after 30-90days.
