Any I485 Approvals that were submitted in April 2023?
My I140 was approved under EB1A category back in March 2023, I filed my I485, I-131, I-765 in April 2023. i haven’t heard any update on I-485 yet. Got done with biometric in May 2023.
are there any other filers who got the approval? Also is it possible to directly get green card and they don’t give advance parole and EAD? My priority date is June 2015 (India) as I ported from EB2 to EB1A

i am in exact same situation with PD april 2016.. filed concurrently in april 23. biometric done in may and i485 case was transferred to nbc in may.. no update after that .. also no update on ap or ead(not even receipts)

I have submitted in April. Transferred to NBC. did Biometric in May after that no update. just finger prints were applied.

what is your PD? I submitted my I485 and other documents on December 2022 and received EAD. AP approval will take minimum 14 months now a days. No point of GC approval as of now because of retrogression.

Yes, case at NBC and current status “fingerprint applied”
i have heard few folks directly getting GC without EAD and Advance Parole but no clarity on how its decided and the timeline

I also have biometrics done in May and i485 remains as fingerprints applied, no other update, case is at NBC

@anant saxena several ppl are waiting for their cases to be adjudicated since last year, some even from 2021. Typically, a good rule of thumb for I485 approval is 8-9 months (atleast based on other ppl's experience).

Same here. I have EB1-C. My I-140, I-485, I-131, I-765 were submitted in March 2023.
I-140 got approved in 13 days and then I-145 got transferred to NBC a week later.
My biometrics were completed in May, and I’m still waiting for an update.
Hoping to be one of the lucky ones who get the I-485 approved within 6 months 🤞🤞

Base on historical data it would be around 8-14months

yes, usually thats what the average timeline is but I have heard cases recently who got approved within 90 days. So fingers crossed!
