USCIS update
my case status online says as at May 8th 2023 your case as been transferred to department of state for visa processing. But my wife also called me to say she got a notice of revoked letter on May 5th 2023, I need anyone advice

they should tell you why on the notice.

My concern is can a case be denied and letter dated 5th May sent out and at thesame time on the 8th May the same case was sent to state dept fir visa processing

@chukwuka Nwanodu You need to reach out to the NVC to see what’s going on. if your case is there, then the revocation was a glitch. Revocation simply means that the state department sent your case back to USCIS for review and USCIS found that your case was incorrectly approved
