Hello my friends, I have a question. I sent my I-130 case for my husband, and after I finished everything , I returned back to my husband, and the date of my submitted case is 04/28/2022. From that moment on, I did not return to America. My question is, is it true that if I am outside America, the case is delayed, and if I am in America, they hurry up. in the case. I want to see If this true so I can travel the end of June.

It’s been a LONG journey. Nothing worked according to MY original plan. That’s when you understand that God’s plan is different from men’s.
All those sleepless nights filled with stress, anxiety and sometimes FRUSTRATION because other people’s cases were processed faster than yours, within a matter of days or months while yours took almost 2 years. But .. God did. Today marks the beginning of a new journey. Now, I finally have the key to the beginning of my freedom.

hi guys , today I was informed that my permit work was approved and will arrive between 7 and 14 days and my SSC in up to 30 days. I didn't get any app updates in the site , only my lawyer who got the email. Anyone else here that didn't get an update on the site?

When should I expect approval for my I-485? I-485 has been actively review since I-130 got second actively review as well at june 15. Can’t wait to get my greencard on hand!
