importante question
Hello my friends, I have a question. I sent my I-130 case for my husband, and after I finished everything , I returned back to my husband, and the date of my submitted case is 04/28/2022. From that moment on, I did not return to America. My question is, is it true that if I am outside America, the case is delayed, and if I am in America, they hurry up. in the case. I want to see If this true so I can travel the end of June.

it's not delayed because of that, but you should maintain roots in America. Bank accounts, mailing address, pay taxes, etc

@Mo Romfe I worked once before I got married, which means I only paid one year of tax. I'm in college and I've never stopped or taken a break since I got married
