hey everyone,anyone has an asylum case got request of evidence RFE for I485, I haven't received the letter yet. if yes what was the document asked? Note:am married, husband getting status through me.

Hi @mamiss ma sorry my question is not related. I saw your comment on some other post that your son got visa from i730. So can you please help me by answering the following? my interview is next month. what did you put in eligibility category while filling up i765?
did they ask you to create account in ustraveldocs website? and dis you create any if the answer is yes? what should be the priority date and visa class if I need to create an account?
it’ll really be helpful if I can get the answers

I didn't filled i765, also didn't create any account. when he got approved here in US, his case was transferred to visa center and they send me a notice with his case number, after that they transfer the case to my country embassy and the embassy sent me an email with what they want as evidence ( birthday, whatsapp chat, money transfer receipts, recent and old pics of him and I) he had also to complete a physical exams. he went the day of the interview not very much questions only about our relationship, parents name, my address and what I do here. that's all couples weeks later it was approved

I guess it can depends of the country you are from. check with your lawyer and see because every country embassy has different rules and law

@Amaan kaur I am not too sure I got your question.
but, as I wrote above, they transfer the case first that is done by Visa center to my country and then the embassy of my country sent the email to me to inform me of the interview and what evidence my son has to bring with him. that was in March 2023
