@God Did This process is Emergency AP. It is not expediting AP. Call USCIS and get infopass, make an appointment with your local office. depending on the emergency they may give you an appointment within a couple of days. you wife will need to show documents demonstrating her emergency. Documents needed at appointment: Since she already mailed her application, I will suggest she fill out another application to take with her. 1) i-131, 2)passport, ID 3)2 passport style photos taken recently. 4)document proving her legal status 5) documents showing emergency. example: letters from doctors showing father or mother is poor health(near death situations), birth certificate showing relationship with the sick relative. 6)check book. @William u the emergency is I got RFE few days ago and USCIS mentioned that me and my wife have meet recent years or not they asking pictures both of us and travel history entry and exit stamp scan copies. I don't know what to do 😔

@God Did I'm assuming the RFE was for AOS or was it for the I-131?

@William u my case is under process at USCIS I-130 spouse LPR F2A.

@William u RFE for I-130 , need to proof the marriage is bonafide and not for immigration benefits that's what they mentioned in letter

ok, so the RFE isn't for the i-131. If she still has an emergency and she needs to travel back to her home country, follow the steps I pointed out to you. as far as the RFE its for your aos, you guys need to send more proofs. Send pictures of you guys traveling, vacations and family gatherings. The entry stamp is to show your wife came in legally.

@God did you get your advance parole and did you travel back to usa without problem I have an appointment tomorrow for an advance parole

@Juventus tifozo we have send request letter to Nebraska service center along with necessary documents but we never get any response, well they don't care, sad reality
